How to proceed during the return of the goods:
In what situation can you return the items?
1) Damage due to transportation.
If you suspect that your items were damaged when shipped, please write to us at email@example.com immediately with a photo of the package and the damaged items. We will contact you immediately with information on what to do next. Your email must be sent within 24 hours. Subsequent claims will not be considered. You do not have to send us damaged products.
2) Products that are damaged within one (1) month after purchase.
Were the items damaged, for example, by sunlight? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your damaged item and we will contact you with information on what action to take next. The warranty period does not cover defects due to carelessness or mechanical damage.
3) Receiving the wrong items.
Send us a photo of the item you received to the email address email@example.com . We will contact you immediately to inform you of what action to take next.
How to wrap and return the articles ?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the order number and the number of your bank account where you would like to obtain the refund. We will contact you immediately to inform you of what action to take next.
Make sure the articles are securely wrapped in packaging original in which the product arrived, so that they are not damaged during shipping.
The money will be refunded to you within 10 days after the undamaged product is returned to our warehouse.
